If you are talking about Preparation H for your eyes………yes it does work around your eyes. Lots of people use it. It also works on fever blisters. If you get fever blisters, first take L-Lysine vitamins. I take 4 when I first feel or see the fever blister then 2 a day until gone. If you get them frequently you can take 2 everyday & it will help prevent them from coming back. Then hot compress fever blister, rub it with rubbing alcohol, then apply preparation H. It works faster than Abreva & is much cheaper.
