4 (5 oz) salmon fillets
2 tsp honey
2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lime zest
1 tsp hot chili sauce

Preheat grill to medium heat. Make sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, lime zest and chili sauce in a bowl. Tear off 4 (5-inch) sheets heavy-duty foil. Place 4 (5-oz) salmon fillets, skin side down, in center of sheets; spread fillets evenly with sauce. Place foil with salmon on grill rack. Grill, covered, about 7 minutes for medium. Slide spatula between skin and flesh of each fillet; transfer to 4 plates. Discard foil and skin.

Optional: Sprinkle cooked fillets with 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
