1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 onion, minced
4 tablespoons Adobo
1 tablespoon each: oregano and basil
1/2 tomato sauce
1/4 c favorite buffalo sauce

In a large bowl, use hands to mix first 6 ingredients.  Separately, mix tomato sauce and buffalo sauces. Knead the bulk of the sauce into the beef mixture, setting aside about 1/4 of sauce. Spread beef mixture into ungreased load pan, top with leftover sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.  Drain grease. Continue baking for 30 minutes or until beef is cooked to preference.  Dip in ranch dressing!
