3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cooked and cubed (you can also use a rotisserie chicken and just cut it up into bite sized pieces)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 bottle hot sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1 (16 ounce) prepared crust
1 package of mozzarella cheese
1 package of cheddar cheese
Chopped red onion – optional

Preheat oven to pizza crust’s package directions.  Bake pizza crust for 6-10 minutes.  In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce (as much or as little as you’d like).  Mix well.  Spread salad dressing over baked crust.  Use just enough to cover the crust.  Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.  Bake in oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.  About 5 – 10 minutes.  Let set for a few minutes before slicing and serve.
