Dawn Braud, MS
Dawn is an exercise physiologist and the Operations Manager of an all-female medical fitness center. Dawn has been in the fitness industry since the early 80s where she started teaching group exercise, this lead her to pursue a career in fitness going back to get her Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. Dawn has been in her current position for over nineteen years and her focus has been on women's health and wellness. As the manager Dawn's responsibilities include fiscal management and daily operations, but the fun part is developing and fostering relationships with her staff and members. Dawn started working with Murphy, Sam and Jodi in March 2004.

What are some alternatives to sit-ups?
I do sit ups as a regular part of work-out. But in truth - I hate doing them. Can I break them up and do half of it before cardio and the other half after cardio? I feel like I'm not doing them right when I get toward the end of the reps. I just wasn’t sure if I needed to do them all at once for maximum benefit. (Lacey)

WHY do I sabotage my diet?!
I am a tall woman with a few extra pounds in her mid section and thighs. I know the obvious things I shouldn't eat while I'm trying to lose weight, but what are some things in my refrigerator and pantry that could be sabotaging my exercise regimen and diet? (Blaire)
