Producer Emilie and Jodi both swear by the way they boil their eggs.  Check out their methods below and let us know how you boil yours!

Emilie’s method:

Place eggs in a pot and cover eggs with cold water.  Bring pot to easy boil, place the top on the pot, cut the heat and set a timer for 10 minutes.  Once the 10 minute timer dings, then take the pot off of the stove and pour out the hot water.  Start running cold water over the eggs in the pot and do that several times.  Then fill the pot again with cold water and add some ice.  Set another 10 minute timer and once it goes off then put the eggs in a bowl and keep in the refrigerator.

Jodi’s method:

Place eggs in a pot and cover eggs with cold water.  Bring pot to easy boil and set a timer for 11 minutes.  Once the 11 minute timer dings, then take the pot off of the stove and pour out the hot water.  Start running cold water over the eggs in the pot and do that several times. Then put the eggs in a bowl and keep in the refrigerator.
