Supplies
Silicone heart shaped baking mold (THIS is a cute one and so is THIS one)
crayons (I bought a BIG box, so I’d have lots of pinks, reds, and purples!)
sharp knife

Run your sharp knife down the side of the crayon to make it easier to peel the wrapping off!  I went through and did a bunch of these.  Then break up the crayons with your hands into small pieces.  Make sure you fill each cup.  Toward the end you can break the pieces smaller to make sure the cups are filled.

Bake at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Some ovens are different, so set your timer for 15 mins and then just watch them till they’re done.  Mine took closer to 20 minutes, but you’ll know it’s ready when it all looks runny and melted!

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 30-45 mins.  I let mine set for a few hours because I had the time!

Go to this website if you want to print out free cards to print that you can glue these crayon hearts to and then give them to the kids in your child’s class!

This is where I got the idea from for these super cute heart-shaped crayons!
