I recently added more water to my everyday – and yes, I feel better!

I’m also going to the ladies room more….but that’s fine.

I LEARNED something I wanted to pass along.   My vocal coach (I only saw her once)  asked how much coffee I drank.  I admitted the large “lots of coffee” morning coffee routine.  She explained:

“That’s fine, but for every cup of coffee you have, you should have a cup of water, and that just evens it out.  It cancels it out.  To truly hydrate – you need to drink more water on top of that.”   OH.

So – I am now drinking more water than coffee.  I’d love to tell you more, but I have to slip out to the ladies room.   Muah!
