Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie (“The Elvis”)

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

-1/4 cup milk

-1/2 banana

-1/2 tablespoon honey

-1 tablespoon peanut butter

-ice (as needed)

Directions:  Combine all ingrediants in a blender and blend until combines and frothy. Serve immediately. If you really want to guild the lily, you can add a drizzle of chocolate syrup prior to blending. Delish!


 

Mango Orange Smoothie

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

-1 mango, cubed (or one cup frozen mango chunks)

-1/4 cup orange juice

-1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

-1/2 tablespoon honey

-ice (if needed)

Directions:  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Add ice if desired. Serve immediately.

 


 

 

Sunrise Smoothie

Makes one serving

Ingredients:

-1 cup ice

-1/2 cup of frozen orange juice concentrate

-1 cup vanilla soy milk (or almond milk)

-1 medium banana

-1 tbsp. of honey

Directions:  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frothy. Add more ice if desired. Serve immediately.
