Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pound Italian Sausage Roll
1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
40 small white mushrooms, stems removed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Remove from heat and stir in spinach, bread crumbs and cheese until well combined. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet and fill with sausage stuffing. Bake 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

“I am not a cook” Frosting (Frost/Nixon)
3 ingredient frosting
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, water and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.

Slumdog/Chilidog Millionaire (Slumdog Millionaire)
2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium white onion, diced
1 cup water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
crushed red pepper flakes to taste
garlic powder to taste
hot dogs
buns
shredded cheese

Saute onion in a pan. Crumble ground beef into a Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in water, and mash ground beef thoroughly with a potato masher. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder and chili powder; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, 60 to 90 minutes, until the sauce reaches a medium consistency that is not too soupy.  Boil hot dogs until they are hot. Put hot dog in bun, top with hot dog sauce and cheese!

Millionaire Pie
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts

Blend together the cream cheese and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping. Stir in the crushed pineapple and pecans; pour into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Marga”Reader” (The Reader)
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
6 fluid ounces tequila
2 fluid ounces triple sec
2 fluid ounces of orange juice

Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Garnish with a salted rim and a slice of lime!

To make these virgin marga”readers” just use the limeade concentrate, orange juice and 8 fluid ounces of Sprite or 7up!

“Milk”shake (Milk)
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries

In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla, yogurt and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
