• 1 chuck roast
  • 1 dry package of onion soup mix
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

 

Put the roast in the cooker, sprinkle the dry soup mix on top of the roast (get as much of it ON the roast as possible. Then spoon out the soup on top, which will fall all around it. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.

The roast will almost fall apart, and the soup mixes with the natural juices to make a gravy.
