2 lb boneless pork loin
2 Tablespoons steak seasoning rub
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
Measure out 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and add the 2 tablespoons of steak seasoning and whisk to dissolve seasoning. Â Then add in olive oil and honey and whisk again. Â Put the pork loin in a gallon sized ziploc bag and pour marinade over pork. Â Let it marinate for 2 hours – over night. Â Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Â Place pork in glass baking dish along with marinade. Â Bake in preheated oven, basting occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temp of 145 (about 1 hour). Â Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
I like to take some of the marinade and mix with a little sour cream and use that as a dip for my pork. Â Delish!
