Jodi: Easy Yummy Leftover Turkey & Cranberry Sandwich

A friend of mine told me about  this sandwich – and I can’t stop thinking about it!  PERFECT for when you have leftover turkey & cranberry.  She told me about it and my mouth was watering.  Here’s what you do:

  • Health Nut bread (OroWheat)
  • Goat Cheese
  • Roasted (leftover) turkey
  • Cranberry sauce
  • butter

Spread butter on the bread and grill quickly on each side – then stack up the ingredients and grill the entire sandwich like you would grilled cheese.  This sandwich is a game changer!!!!

You can substitute the goat cheese, but use something similar.  The cheese makes it creamy.
