Jodi’s Homemade Blackberry Cobbler

4 cups of fresh blackberries
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter

Put blackberries in a 9 inch square dish, squeeze a little lemon juice on them. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and egg until it’s feels like a coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle that mixture evenly on berries. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

I was listening to your show this morning and was on the phone when you talked about the brownie with peanut butter. I. MUST. MAKE. THAT but did not get any details. Can you – please help???

I live in Spain and I was just listening to you in the online-radio. I have a lot of blackberries just now at home and I don’t need to buy any of the ingredients! Thanks, I’m sure I’m going to have a great afternoon cooking!!!!
