Manly, Meaty, Cheesy Nachos
1 lb ground beef
1 lb bulk pork sausage
2 T all-purpose flour
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10 oz) can of rotel, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar of sliced jalapenos
1 T garlic powder
2 lbs processed American Cheese, cubed
Tortilla Chips

In a large saucepan, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink;drain. Sprinkle with flour. Add the soup, tomatoes, onion and garlic powder; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm over tortilla chips and top with sliced jalapenos!

Manly Beer Marinade
Marinating time: a couple of hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

1 tsp hot sauce
2 T cider vinegar
12 oz beer
1 T coarse mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T minced garlic
pinch salt and pepper

Mixingredients. Submerge meat in marinade and leave in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a couple of hours.

This recipe is from

2 lbs ground chuck and sirloin
1 package ranch dressing mix
1/4 c bread crumbs
1 package beefy onion mushroom soup mix
1 T cajun seasoning, season-all or favorite
3-4 T Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together. Shape into your favorite sized patties.  Cook to desired doneness.
