Emilie’s Crazy Coupon list – UPDATED!

On any given trip I’ve been know to use (for one item) – a printed manufacturer coupon, a Target coupon (either mobile or printed), Target Cartwheel (gives you a percentage off of certain items), my Target RedCard (more on this below), and Ibotta or MobiSave (puts $$ in your PayPal account for certain items).

You can use the Ibotta app at PLENTY of places, including restaurants! MobiSave is my FAVE because you don’t have to build up to a certain amount before you cash in! So if you save only 60 cents – BAM it lands in your PayPal account which you can transfer to your bank account! Snap and Checkout51 are similar to Ibotta.

I’ve recently learned about the Wal-Mart Savings Catcher.  You scan your receipt and it checks the circulars of other stores in your area and if someone has an item that you bought and it’s cheaper then you get the difference on an e-giftcard for Wal-Mart!

If you love Target as much as me, you should also think about getting their RedCard.  I got the one that just links to my checking account (no credit checks) and you get 5% off of your entire bill.  And you also get free shipping on their website!  I also follow the blog Totally Target.  He does all kinds of research on coupon stacking in store.

Do you use anything I haven’t mentioned?  Do share!

See?? I really am the Crazy Coupon Lady!

Hi Emilie. You sound like me! I love the sighs and eye rolls when people get behind me in line at Target. Well, maybe they make me a little nervous. I usually smile and try to ignore it. Something helpful I learned about Target Cartwheel is that your barcode never changes. It is unique to you. Several times I have been in line at checkout and my phone has died or I forgot to do Cartwheel after my mobile coupons. So, I printed my barcode and fixed it to an old expired gift card and then laminated it. I keep it in my wallet behind my Target red card. I load my Cartwheel at home or sometimes in the store and just pull out my laminated card at checkout. It always works just fine!

I like Totally Target too. My other favorite websites are Hip2Save.com and allthingstarget.com

You are very welcome! Email me anytime. I LOVE couponing and finding all kinds of tricks to save money.

One more thing- I enjoy price matching at Target’s customer service. They will match any price online. I have price matched several things from Amazon on an item they have in store. I saved $10 last week on a Nintendo DS game for my daughter by doing that. They look up the price online on their tablet at customer service to verify 🙂

I use all of the above PLUS, Receipt Hogs. Simply snap a picture of any receipt except restaurant ones, earn coins and turn those coins into cash! Right into PayPal or in an Amazon gift card! I have been saving mine up!

Oh and forgot to mention Rebates! So worth it! I got an $8 of laundry soap and ended up making $3 on it! I also do price matching at Family Dollar. I have a Facebook page that I and others share deals on!

On the apps you listed it says scan a receipt and get cash back – can you use the multiple apps on one receipt?
