Like Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, and more, Ricky Martin is getting a Vegas residency. The Livin’ La Vida Loca star made the official announcement on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday, November 16th.
“I’m going to be in Vegas! I have a residency in Vegas. Yes, yes, yes!” he said. “I’m really happy.”
Ricky Martin’s Las Vegas residency dates are:
- April: 5, 7, 8, 11, 14 & 15
- June: 23, 24, 27 & 29
- July: 1-2
- Sept.: 12, 15, 16, 19, 22 & 23

Bennett talks about his relationship with Amy Winehouse in his book Just Getting Started (out Tuesday, November 16th). In it he writes about how he questions what he could have done to prevent her death.
“Should I have told her that I’d contended a little bit with drugs and alcohol myself and knew how you can fall into a bad cycle, but I also knew that you could bring yourself back? Would it have made a difference if someone she considered an idol had said to her something like, ‘You’re my idol. You are a once-in-a-lifetime talent. Please don’t take that from the world… Walk away from it all, if you like. Just live. Please’.”

The two-part, three-hour documentary will cover everything from the King’s childhood to his last recording session in 1977.
“The producers came to HBO and Sony with the idea for a film drawing upon very rare footage that captures Elvis’ musicianship in a new and exciting way,” HBO Miniseries chief Kary Antholis said in a statement.
