1 Jimmy Dean Hot breakfast sausage (you can also use regular if you don’t like the spice)
1 Bag of Dole cole slaw (14 Oz bag with cabbage and carrots)
1pkg. egg roll wrappers
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
In large frying pan brown sausage until done, stir in the cole slaw, soy sauce and sweet and sour. Cook for about a minute, then remove from heat. Heat oil on med-high heat. In center of each egg roll wrapper use about 3 tablespoons mixture and fold sides in and roll up. Using cooking tongs, place in oil and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. (depending on how hot your oil is — watch carefully so that they don’t burn!) Drain on paper towels. Enjoy!
