Hoosier Daddy bars (get it?! Who’s Your Daddy???)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup packed brown sugar, divided use
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 large eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided use
3/4 cup honey roasted peanuts, divided use
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 13×9 baking pan. Combine flour and baking soda in small bowl. Beat 1/2 cup brown sugar, sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture until crumbly. Stir in 1 1/2 cups morsels and 1/2 cup nuts. Press dough onto bottom of greased pan. Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in remaining brown sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over dough. Sprinkle with remaining morsels and remaining nuts. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is set and lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm.
1 (20 ounce) bag broken pretzels (or mini pretzels)
1 envelope of onion soup mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
Put pretzels in a large baking pan with sides. Add onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to melted butter. Pour over pretzels. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often.
Cheesy Pizza Mix
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 teaspoons garlic powder
8 cups Crispix cereal
4 cups pretzel nuggets
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine Parmesan cheese, spaghetti sauce mix, and garlic powder. Set aside. In a bag, combine Crispix cereal and pretzel nuggets. Pour oil over cereal mixture. Close bag and gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Add Parmesan cheese mixture and close bag. Gently toss cereal mixture until well coated.
Peanut Cracker Dippers
8 ounces chocolate candy coating, cup up
48 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt chocolate coating in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Using half of the crackers, spread 1 tsp. peanut butter on each; top with another cracker. Using tongs or 2 forks, dip each cookie into chocolate. Place on wire rack over waxed paper. Cool completely. Makes 24.
Jimmy Dean Sausage Cheese Balls
2 pkgs (16 oz each) regular flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
1 1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
16 oz. (4 cups) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Form into 1″ balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve with toothpicks!
If you want to get fancy add this ingredients to the mix:
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Peanut Butter Bon Bons
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 bag chocolate chips
1/4 stick parawax
Mix the first 5 ingredients an roll into 1″ balls and chill. Melt the last 2 ingredients (chocolate and parawax) in a double boiler and dip the balls and place on a waxed cookie sheet.

1 can of cocktail peanuts
1 big bag of plain M&M’s
1 big bag of peanut M&M’s
1 large box of raisins
1 bag of semi sweet chocolate morsels
Mix even amounts of all ingredients in large bowl. Enjoy!
