Sam’s Baked Pizza Dip
1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-14 oz. pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 cup onion, minced
1-6 oz. can sliced black olives
1-4 oz. can mushrooms
Sliced pepperoni Sliced ham or Canadian bacon
Corn or tortilla chips
Press cream cheese in bottom of 9-inch glass pie plate. Spread pizza sauce over cream cheese and spread shredded cheese over pizza sauce. Spread on remaining ingredients as you would for a pizza. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve with corn chips or your favorite crackers.

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cut up
1 can (10 oz.) ROTEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
Combine ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

The Cheesiest Cheeseball
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterrey Jack cheese, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Mix together and form mixture into a ball. Roll ball in cilantro and serve with your favorite crackers.

Hot Cream Cheese and Crab Dip
1- 8 oz package light cream cheese
1- 8 oz container light sour cream
2 -(chunk style is best) can crab meat
1 chopped green onion
grated Cheddar cheese
for dipping – tortilla chips
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, crab meat, and green onion. Smooth mixture into a small baking pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar. Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with tortilla or nacho chips. Enjoy!
12 chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
3 cups vegetable oil, for deep frying
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Tabasco or other hot sauce
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Cut chicken wings in half at the joint. Discard wing tip or save for another use. Rinse, pat dry, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep-sided pot to 350 degrees F. Add half the wings and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Repeat with second batch. Meanwhile, melt margarine in small saucepan. Stir in hot sauce and vinegar. Remove from heat. Pour hot sauce over fried chicken wings and toss to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing and sliced celery sticks.
Football Meatball Subs
2 lbs ground beef
bread crumbs and seasonings (your favorites)
your favorite bread (french bread, pistolettes, sub rolls)
your favorite jar of red sauce
Heat up the red sauce in a pot and let it simmer. Mix ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings. Then put meatballs in the red sauce and keep the sauce simmering. Let the meatballs cook for about 20 minutes in the sauce. Toast the bread. Put the meatballs on the toasted bread and top with shredded mozzarella cheese!
Pigs in a Blanket
2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls
2 packages of little sausages
Cheddar cheese, cut into small thin slices
Unroll crescent rolls and cut each big triangle into 3 smaller pieces. Place one little sausage and one slice of cheddar cheese and roll it all up! Bake each pig in a blanket until the crescent rolls are light brown on top! You can serve with mustard and ketchup as dips!
Super Bowl Poke Cupcakes
1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix or cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 cup boiling water 1 (3.25-ounce) package Jell-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor
1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1/4 cup decorating icing
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake batter as directed on package, using the egg white version. Spoon batter evenly into 24 paper-lined medium muffin cups, filling each cup 1/2 full. Bake as directed on package. Cool cupcakes in pan 15 minutes. Pierce cupcakes with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Meanwhile, stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Carefully spoon over cupcakes. Refrigerate 3 hours. Frost cupcakes with whipped topping. Draw footballs on cupcakes with decorating icing; decorate with sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
Cheesecake Cookie Cups
12 pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Paper-line 12 muffin cups. Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookie has spread to edge of cup. Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup. Bake for additional 15 to 18 minutes, or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
