12 Slider Rolls
1 pound roast beef from the deli
6 slices Provolone cheese
2 tablespoons horseradish (or to taste)
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon finely minced onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Split buns and lay out on a baking sheet. Mix together horseradish and mayonnaise and spread on one side of each bun. Add roast beef. Cut each slice of cheese in half and place one piece on each sandwich. Place top of bun on each.
Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce except for salt. Spoon over each sandwich. Sprinkle salt over each. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered 5 more minutes. Serve warm.
