12 Slider Rolls
1 pound roast beef from the deli
6 slices Provolone cheese
2 tablespoons horseradish (or to taste)
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon finely minced onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Split buns and lay out on a baking sheet. Â Mix together horseradish and mayonnaise and spread on one side of each bun. Â Add roast beef. Â Cut each slice of cheese in half and place one piece on each sandwich. Â Place top of bun on each.
Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce except for salt. Â Spoon over each sandwich. Â Sprinkle salt over each. Â Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Â Remove foil and bake uncovered 5 more minutes. Â Serve warm.
